one Gardenia

A charming bush with snow-white flowers exuding a pleasant aroma will be a good addition to the interior. But it is worth remembering that gardenia is a very whimsical plant, and for its flowering it is necessary to provide a number of conditions at once. Gardenia does not accept shaded and simply insufficiently lit places, but it cannot be placed under direct rays either — there will be burns on the leaves. For gardenia to feel comfortable, diffused but bright light is needed. In addition, the flower does not like too dry air, it is especially picky about this during the formation of buds. Forget to spray it or turn on the humidifier — and the flower will throw off the buds.

2 Azalea

A beautiful flowering shrub grown both at home and in the garden. But even if you really liked this flower, you should familiarize yourself with the features of caring for it in advance. Let’s start with the fact that the azalea is poisonous, and toxins are produced right through the leaves. That is why for houses where children live, this plant is prohibited. It is difficult to grow an azalea in an apartment, and it will not bloom abundantly even with perfect care. For example, buds will appear on this plant only at a temperature not higher than +15 degrees — cool for a living space. It must be sprayed often — up to twice a week, and always with settled water at room temperature. Azalea does not tolerate heat fluctuations, noticing even a slight difference. The ideal mode for her is + 18-20 degrees. Its non-observance, insufficient humidity, irregular watering or drafts can cause the death of the plant.

Clerodendrons bloom very expressively and brightly, but their maintenance at home is associated with a number of conditions that are important to fulfill. For example, the plant does not accept cold, the temperature in the room should always be from +18 degrees and above. It is important to maintain high humidity and water the flower often. After it has faded, pruning is carried out and the size and direction of growth of the shoots are formed — only in this case the clerodendron will be attractive.

The large, pale pink medinilla flowers are delicate yet showy. This plant will not go unnoticed in the interior, and if you decide to decorate your apartment in this way, be prepared for multi-stage care. For example, medinilla requires serious additional air humidification (there should be about 90% humidity near the flower) and maintaining a high temperature. In such conditions, frequent watering of the flower is not required, but its regularity must be observed. Medinilla is watered every 3 days in summer, and in winter — once a week, provided that the top layer has dried out no more than 1-2 centimeters during this time.

There are many varieties of orchids: they come in different shapes, colors, sizes, but all need attention and comfort. The flower does not tolerate direct sunlight, but intensive lighting is necessary; watering should be no more than once a week, but the soil should be moist. Also, orchids, as representatives of tropical plants, love highly humidified air. Fertilizers should not be neglected — some types of orchids require regular top dressing in the soil.

A beautiful coniferous plant, which, like other fellow species, feels comfortable in the cool. To grow it at home, you need to find a fairly cold room — ideally, it should be about +10 degrees. A comfortable temperature for a person is about +23, the conifer does not like it. The plant will turn yellow, fall off — and there will be no trace of the beauty of the plant. Araucaria needs very humid air and needs to be sprayed three times a day. The lighting needs to be bright, but diffused; you can’t put the pot under direct rays.

Home roses can be fragrant or odorless, larger or smaller, but they have one thing in common — these plants are very difficult to grow in an apartment. It is possible, but the conditions will have to be brought closer to garden ones. The rose needs humid air: in dry conditions, a spider mite often develops, which quickly infects the flower. In the cold season, the rose needs extremely low temperatures by the standards of the living space — no higher than 10 degrees. You can equip such a place on a glazed balcony, but still monitor the temperature regime. The indoor rose has not been fully adapted to the conditions of the apartment, now its cultivation is only being formed, so it is uncomfortable for it in a normal room.
