Plastic containers are lifesaver for those who carry food to work or just cook for the future. But just washing them along with regular dishes is not enough. Depending on the frequency of use, the containers must be thoroughly rinsed every 3-6 weeks. Strong cleaners are best avoided (due to surface contact with food), so use good old mustard powder. Glassware, even if you wash it thoroughly with a special product, fades and becomes cloudy over time.
