one Terracotta and gray
Gray color, even with golden splashes, as on the wallpaper in the example above, visually adds coolness. To compensate for this feeling, but keep the interior discreet and expensive, without adding flashy colors, the designer used a terracotta shade. And this example is worth taking into service! It conveys the warmth of the orange spectrum, but due to the admixture of brown it looks very mature and noble. And so that the space of the room does not seem overloaded with two dark colors, they should be shaded with cold white. As we did in this example, we added snow-white textiles.

2 Shiny yellow and gray moss
The grey-green hue used in this nursery in Paris is called moss gray and helps create a very sophisticated and calm interior. But since the space was created for children, a bright component was brought into it with the help of yellow textiles and fragments of a rack with toys. Together, these two colors create a cheerful feeling, not too bright and at the same time not gloomy.

3 Red-orange and carmine
Red and orange colors are rarely advised to combine in the interior. The fact is that two bright warm colors can begin to argue and overlap each other, as well as overload the interior, making the room visually smaller.
But in the example in the photo above, two shades of different temperature were used: warm, rich orange and carmine red, in which notes of blue are clearly felt. They also used an interesting trick to distinguish between colors. Orange and carmine do not touch, there is an airy “layer” of white between them.
four Harlequin and light pink
This interior skillfully combines bright saturated colors from different points of the color wheel. The basis is a delicate shade of pink and a green that suits it in depth.
When pairing these shades, be prepared for the interior to come out a bit doll-like, and it’s important to pay attention to detail to keep the space mature. This will help accent colors that go well with green and pink. For example, yellow. But not saturated, but diluted with a white tone, not too intrusive. Sky blue would also look good.

5 Salmon red and marengo
Marengo is an interesting dark blue shade with a hint of gray. With it, it is easy to add depth to the interior, which is appropriate in small rooms, for example, in the bathroom.
Marengo can be complemented with a contrasting salmon red color. It is rich, deep, but not flashy. You can base your entire interior on a combination of these two colors if you have a small minimalist space, or simply use them as two overlapping accents in a spacious light room.
6 Green gray and yellow orange
Green and yellow are classic successful color combinations. Try playing with hues and depth to achieve an interesting visual experience. For example, choose a light and muted gray-green shade. It looks very aristocratic, especially on a large area: in wall decoration or large furniture. A bright yellow-orange tile or a velor sofa against its background will glow even more and fill the room with sun.
